Review of the Stables - A Tranquil Retreat in Kent During my recent stay over the festive season, I found the Stables to be a beautifully renovated property that adeptly balances comfort and value. Mark and Julia, the congenial hosts, provided essential provisions such as milk, bread, and eggs, adding a personal touch to the experience. the full-size kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and kitchen utensils, enabling a seamless cooking experience. Accommodation-wise, the lodge was immaculately clean, offering a cozy lounge area with a comprehensive flat-screen TV package. the modern bathroom and comfortable bed were particularly noteworthy, creating a homely ambiance. Additional features such as free Wi-Fi and off-street parking were appreciated, especially the onsite electric car charging point. Positioned conveniently close to Whitstable and Canterbury, it's an ideal base for exploration. Outdoor amenities, including a terrace for al fresco dining, enhance the overall appeal. the Stables offers great value for a holiday home, blending comfort with accessibility. A summer return for the outdoor space is certainly on my list.
